What is Hot Vinyasa?
Hot Vinyasa is the foundation of Wynroy Hot Yoga. Itβs a breath-led movement practice performed in a heated room (around 40Β°C) designed to build strength, mobility, focus, and resilience.
Each class links posture to posture through flowing sequences that challenge the body while keeping the mind engaged and present. Expect to move, sweat, stabilise, strengthen, and reset.
We offer both 45-minute express sessions and 60-minute full-length classes, depending on how much time you have and how deep you want to go into your practice.
