WHAT THIS SESSION IS

Our Hot Beginners session is a structured introduction to practising yoga in a heated room.

You’ll learn:

✔ how to breathe in heat
✔ the key poses used in Hot Vinyasa
✔ how to modify safely
✔ when and how to rest
✔ how to use blocks and straps
✔ what to expect in regular classes

By the end of the session, most students feel ready to step straight into our timetable.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Unlike general beginner yoga classes, this session is specifically designed to prepare you for Hot Vinyasa at Wynroy.

That means:

  • You learn the actual movement patterns used in class

  • You practise inside the heated environment

  • You understand pacing and breathing
